[ROLLING IN NEXT UPDATE] LPSFR-3: Property(green) blocks in Cloudinary component

The cloudinary component misses property blocks. It only gives an option to set API KEY, API SECRET and CLOUD NAME in the designer section.

It will be helpful if we have an option to set these values in blocks section.
