Why are you using Activity Starter to upload a file?
If I understood you correctly, you should be using this block:
I never uploaded files using webviewer and I just noticed that the documentation about this component doesn’t exist, so I can’t be sure. I think the native component and the extension you are using have the same content so you may get the answer to your question in the extension documentation.
What is the error message?
If FileAcess is false then FileUploadNeeded event will never be triggered. So set it true just after creating webview.
