In block section I make a procedures
and there is no “equipment” block available to call the procedures?

It is working just fine here. It is probably cache problem or something like this. Update the screen or login and log out and it must be solved.
It is not working when i add procedure first time. When i add another procedure than it work perfectly.
The Simple Solution I Had Done Is Don’t Do Anything Just Add Procedure Then Rename It If Procedure Will Not Shown Just Click On Showing In Below Picture
